We are writing to say how pleased we were to have had an opportunity to show our appreciation of the excellent treatment we have received from you at Heston by showing our implants to your fellow dentists at the Straumann presentation yesterday evening.

We both wish to thank you for your constant thoughtfulness, attention to detail and for always ensuring that treatment was not only as perfect as it could be, but that it was done with the least possible discomfort and disruption to the patients. We would also like to say that all the staff at your Centre have been most helpful, courteous and friendly.

We both feel that the implants will give us tremendous confidence and make a very real difference to our future lives.

Finally we would like to thank you and Straumann for our dinner at the "Master Robert" which was thoroughly enjoyed.
